Meghan Markle

I feel like it’s important to address the interview given by Meghan Markle last week.

I feel like at times where mothers need it the most, our community will rally. We rally to show support when and where it’s needed the most no matter who you are. It doesn’t matter if your a single mom in America or if you just so happen to be a Duchess in the royal family. Motherhood is hard. Being a new mom is HARD AF. There isn’t a day that goes by that i don’t feel like I’m personally failing, even now, two years later. Imagine if you had to add scrutiny from the entire world with your face and postpartum body everywhere?

The fact that Meghan Markle was able to keep her composure and grace during that interview is truly inspiring. Over the past several days I’ve seen nothing but kindness flood social media in support of the Duchess and I felt it was important to do the same.

Kindness no matter how little or large can go a long way. Kindness to family, friends and even strangers is something I can only hope to instill in my daughter. It doesn’t need to be recognized or praised. It’s something that just needs to happen.

Be Kind.

Act Kindly.

Inspire Kindness.
